Daphnie Pierre is an organizational development consultant and enjoys working with mission-driven nonprofits, healthcare systems, and higher ed institutions to help them align on strategy, culture, and governance. A proud first-generation Haitian-American, she also sits on the board of the Medford Public Library Foundation. Daphnie holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Public Health and an MBA in Strategy & Innovation, both from Boston University. She and her fiance enjoy traveling, exploring restaurants around the city, and a good movie.
