Elijah cares passionately about educational access, particularly to postsecondary opportunities. He has previously worked with the Matriculate Advising Fellows program to mentor students throughout the college application process and with the Front Porch Arts Collective to challenge racial inequity through the performing arts. Elijah believes firmly in the power and creativity of youth voices and the value of diversity in educational spaces.

Elijah is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania and currently studies Philosophy and Education at Tufts University. Elijah is working with Enroot as part of the Tisch Scholars leadership development program at Tufts' Tisch College of Civic Life. In his spare time Elijah loves to cook, crochet, blast some music, and see theater performances around Boston.
