Paola Pelletier-Ozuna
board co-chair
As the co-chair of the Enroot board, Paola is dedicated to empowering immigrant youth through all of its impactful programs. Her experience as a staff member from 2018 to 2022, where she served as Program Manager and later as Director of the Cambridge site, informs her commitment to increasing access and opportunities for all of Enroot youth.
Currently, Paola is the Director of Operations for the Mayor's Office of Housing for the City of Boston, overseeing key operational areas and championing efficiency across departmental divisions to address Boston's housing needs. Previously, as the Director of Operations at Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, Paola partnered with executive leadership to enhance internal operations and communications strategies for greater organizational impact.
She holds a Master of Public Policy from Tufts University and Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to social justice, starting with her work as a labor union organizer with UNITE HERE and in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, she has operational and program strategy experience from working in nonprofits like Be The Change, Inc. and Artists For Humanity.
