A mentor is a caring adult who serves as a role model, adviser, friend, and guide to our students, helping their mentee to dream big, set goals, and pursue them. Enroot recruited over 200 volunteers to serve as mentors, tutors, and internship supervisors this year. Volunteers meet with students once a week over the course of the year, working on everything from college applications to practicing English.
